EMDR is recognised by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) as a treatment of choice for PTSD. In my treatment of trauma, I combine EMDR with counselling, in order to support clients towards healing and rebuilding their lives.
I offer a free first consultation to members of the Emergency Services & Armed Forces.
EMDR is also used to treat problems such as: Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, low confidence, phobias, sleep problems, complicated grief and performance anxiety.
